Sato with Wireless adaptor connected |
Customer connects a Sato CL408e printer with a wireless adaptor and when a format is sent, the format gets printed across two labels. When the customer sends this same format to a cabled network printer everything prints fine.
Customer called Sato and their tech said that the dip switch on DSW2 switch 5 must be in the down position. According to the Sato user's manual this switch sets the printer to single buffer. Customer has tested this. |
