Key can not be found on a Toshiba Laptop 2455-S305 running Windows XP Home Edition

Printer port configuration is not set correctly.

1. Go into the Toshiba Console (this should be a program on the desktop).

2. Go into Hardware Settings.

3. Change the printer port to Bi-directional from ECP.

4. Go to Toshiba's site and download the latest BIOS update.

5. Install the latest version of the Sentinel System Drivers version 5.41.1 or later.
