Restricted users files are not shown in the recent file list.

This is a user rights issue. The information is stored in a file called label0.ini that is in one of the Windows folders. EASYLABEL tells Windows to update this file but if the user does not rights to this folder or file, then it is not updated and there is no write error since EASYLABEL is not actually writing the file but Windows is.

The user needs rights to the Windows folder to have their actions update label0.ini
