Serial Number Increments within Serial File but not on Printed Label

Serial number does not increment on the printed label, but increments the serial file.

If the test field uses an internal fixed or internal scalable font and the field is 'Full Justify', then the printer will not print incrementing numbers. The serial file, however, will be updated

Using a True Type font and 'Full Justify' for the serial field or using a justify option other than 'Full Justify' will correct this problem.
