Printing Reverse Fields on Prodigy Plus (blank labels)

Printing reverse fields; after 10 to 50 labels the printer starts to print blank labels.

Possibly because the customer was using red ribbon with thermal transfer turned off.

Once the thermal transfer switch was turned to the on position the problem disappeared
