"Cluster Not Found" or "Invalid Key" errors
"Cluster not found " error or "Invalid Key" error when trying to start EASYLABEL but looking in control panel and the key is present.
Ensure that the key is prograqmmed correctly for the software used. All keys will have 2 lines. The first line will be programmed with a 250275 or a 2173 in the first box and a 123 in the second. The second line will be programmed as follows: 'Not For Resale' programmed with 1 and labeled R, 'Print Only' programmed with 2 and labeled O, 'Terminal Server' programmed with 3 and labeled T, 'Silver' programmed with 4 and labeled S, 'Gold' programmed with 5 and labeled G, 'Platinum' programmed with 6 and labeled P, 'Multi-User' programmed with 7 and labeled M.
