Customer downloads the Sentinel driver from our website and get the following error message when trying to install them "Setup has detected an incompatible version of Windows. Please make certain that Windows 95b or later or Windows NT 4.o Service Pack 6 or later is installed."

Rainbow creates the package using Installshield. They may have used Installsheild components that require 95b or NT4.0 SP6.

Running Sentinel Medic may be a work around but the ultimate solution would be to install 95b or NT4.0SP6 or higher.
