Inputed Character string does not match the printed output

A character string that is entered into a field or fields on a format is missing characters when the format is printed. There are no spaces to designate that a character has been removed from the character string.

There has been a macro that has been saved to the flash memory of the printer, which is stripping out specific characters on the format.

**Before this is done make sure the macro is not required to be there** Perform this operation only when it is necessary to erase all previously stored information from the flash memory. The flash memory in the printer can be erased by selecting the “Initialize Flash Memory” option, through the front panel of the printer. Selecting the Yes option from the Initialize Flash Memory prompt will clear the printers flash memory. Once the process is complete the printer will automatically exit the setup mode and the LCD will display “Printer Ready”.
