The label looks correct on the screen but when it's printed, Some of the fields are shifted over. This will apply to fields that are graphics not those created by printer commands.

Printer and Display drivers are closely tied to the GDI. This can be caused by the display driver not being 100% Microsoft compliant. Have the customer switch to a standard MS VGA display driver and see if the problem goes away. If it does it's the display driver causing the problem.

Upgrade the display driver to the latest from the card manufacturer.
