Command file prints more labels than expected under Terminal Server

Clients 'share' a single install of EL under Terminal Server. EL processes the command file once for every client that is open. Hence if there is more than one client there will be that many times more labels printed.

Not a bug: Have the customer install EL again in a different directory. Use this install ONLY for the processing of command files. No multiple clients will cause the correct number of labels to be printed. Have the clients only use the original installation.
