'Unable to Process Request at this Time'

Customer is getting an 'Unable to Process Request at this Time' message when trying to get status in the queue. This can be caused either by conflicting drivers or the fact the port is in an unresolved state.

Check for Palm, mouse or Windows printer drivers that may have the port. For Windows 98SE or higher Windows will automatically fix the unresolved port issue when the PC is shut down and rebooted.
