Format Request List Is Full

Get “Format Request List Is Full” error message every time User tries to print. Can’t modify Program Options. Can’t Edit Printer Configuration. Can’t delete the CFG file; “In Use …” message.

When they installed Easylabel 4, the Administrator did it. When they setup the User’s Windows 2000 Account, they gave the User “Read-Only” rights to the Easylabel Folder. Everything worked fine until the PC was re-booted. When the “rights” of Windows 2000 were enforced at start-up, the User could no longer print because they didn’t have “rights” to create a print-queue.

Ensure that Easylabel is installed and tested using the User’s Windows 2000 logon.
