Installshield, the install program crashes when trying to install EASYLABEL

When installing EASYLABEL the installshield program crashes as soon as it starts. Customer had NT4 service pack 5 and over 1GB of hard drive space.

Customer had no INternet Explorer installed. Once IE 5 was loaded, the installshield install program ran fine.

IE is required for EL anyway, always have IE installed before installing EASYLABEL.
