Converting Label Format Database fields from .dbf to a Connection String

Easylabel requires every database and/or connection string to establish the search criteria to find the correct record. In the process of converting from one database to another, the user kept changing the previous search to the new database, thus loosing the previous search criteria.

To avoid this, first create a new Field that will become the Search field for the new database connection. Now you can go into all the other database fields and do the new connection string you have in your new search field. The Search field prompts won't come up because each database connection has it's own search field defined. Finally, once all fields have been changed over, delete the old field with the old search field.
