Installshield locks up or hangs during the install of EASYLABEL

This usually happens after choosing what to install but before "checking for installed components". This is a problem with installshield.

First thing to try is Reboot. If that does not remedy the situation, start looking for what else might be running (anti-virus software, etc) check for IE5.5 or higher and that the O/S has the latest service packs.
