Label is not feeding out the proper distance

Whether you receive a vacuum error or the label catches the liner on the way down to the product, this is caused from the label not feeding out the proper distance. This can be solved by adjusting the presentation position in the software. The second label behind the one feeding onto the pad needs to be at the peel edge not past. The presentation position can be different with every print and apply.  

Whether you have an Apollo with a PA1000 or an H series with a PA1200 you need to get the presentation position right in order for your print apply to function properly.
