Vacuum Error

-Customers must always keep their air pressure regulator at 5 to 6 bar to keep the applicator in proper working condition.

 

-Be sure that the correct pad is on the applicator for the label in use. If the pad is incorrect in reference to the label size there will be holes on the pad that do not get covered resulting in a vacuum error.

 

-You must be sure when loading label stock into the printer to place all label guides snug to the liner, to keep the label stock from shifting left to right. If label guides are not positioned correctly, the label will feed onto the pad incorrectly leaving holes uncovered on the pad resulting in a vacuum error.
