RJS printers that are now labeled Eltron

Eltron QualaBar or ThermaBar model printers not working in EASYLABEL with the RJS driver.

Eltron is relabeling RJS printers with the Eltron name. They have kept the same models such as QualaBar and ThermaBar. These printers now automatically ship with EPL2 boards, which is the Eltron programming language. However, a customer ordering these printers can REQUEST CLVQ boards which is the RJS programming language. The problem here is that EASYLABEL doesn't support the EPL2 firmware. So, if a customer has an Eltron QualaBar 440 and it won't work in EASYLABEL using the RJS driver, it's because the printer has the EPL2 firmware in it.

Contact Eltron to request CLVQ (RJS) firmware for the printer. Once the RJS firmware is installed, the printer should work in EASYLABEL using the RJS driver.
