Cannot create field

Customer is getting a "cannot create field" message when trying to add a field to a format

The possible causes are, Invalid printer type in format specification i.e. Microsoft Fax, Low memory - check performance under the System icon in Control Panel to see what the percentage of free resources is, or, the format is corrupt and must be re-created

Any of the above items may solve this problem
