Cannot create field on Formats created in imported DOS Formats

Customer has imported formats from the DOS dot matrix version to Windows. He is unable to add a field to the format and he is the a "Cannot create field" error message from EL

From looking at the format file and database (both of which look fine, I could find no corruption), it appears that the format is looking for a Windows printer named "Microsoft Fax"

On the PC in question, open the format file, then select "Change Format Specs" from the Easylabel menu. The first item in the format specification screen is "Printer Model". This probably says "Microsoft Fax (W)". Select this item (either press the TAB key or click on the printer name), then select the proper printer that this format was designed for. If the printer does not exist in the printer selection list box, you will have to add the proper printer driver to your Windows installation and perform this procedure again. You should then be able to modify the fields on the format.
