AS400 and Special Datamax Firmware

AS400 and Mini-mainframes do not support two characters in the regular firmware in the printers

Operating system.

The SOH(A)= Hex Dec 01 is changed to the Carrot character (^) and the STX(B)= Hex Dec 02 is changed to the Delta character (~).  This is a configurable option on newer DMX Printers
