LABELCOM multiple prompt use, entering data for multiple variable fields

How do I enter data for more than one when printed field on a format when using LABELCOM?

Labelcom will automatically accept the first piece of data from the RS232 port and place it in the designated field. If more than one when printed field is present on the label, it is possible to change that field or fields by clicking on the 'change setup' button. This will bring up the 'Labelcom parameters' screen. Here you will find all 'when printed' fields that have a 'field name' in the format. The data for these fields can be entered or changed on this screen. When the label is printed, it will pass this data to the label.
