User Needs to Barcode the Insert Key

The customer is using the Apollo in stand alone mode with the memory card. To replace variable data fields you must hit Insert on a keyboard. The user wants to use a keyboard wedge to print labels. They must barcode an Insert key.

This solution assumes you are using a Keyboard Wedge scanner. Please do the following: 1. Configure the keyboard wedge for 'Enable' 'Keyboard Special Keys'. There is a configuration option in the users manual that will allow you to do this. 2. Use Easylabel to create a Code 128 (All Chars) barcode. The fixed data should be '\x12'. When scanned the barcode will produce the Insert key'.
