TrueType font fields are missing on a label using Easylabel and a DMX400

A customer is having a problem where fields are not printing on their label. The fields are TrueType fonts and the printer is the DMX400

Bug in firmware

A temporary solution is to have the customer select 'No' for 'Download Fonts' in the 'Change Format Specs' screen. The real solution is to update the printer's firmware to version 2.09 or greater
