"Application error: Program needs runtime module of 4.00 or higher."

When upgrading from an older version of EASYLABEL 5 to 5.6.0.1140 or higher an error message pops-up that states "Application error Program needs runtime module of 4.00 or higher." this may be at the end of the install or when the user tries to start EASYLABEL after the upgrade.

Update the WIBU drivers to the latest from tharo.com and run the EASYLABEL install again.
