Gemini Synchronization error

User is unable to print labels on a Gemini printer. Printer kicks out several inches of labels and then the front panel light on the printer starts blinking. When viewing the printer’s PC control panel, the user sees the error message "synchronization error".

Gap sensor is not registering the open space between labels

Adjust the Gap Sensor (R23) on the printer’s mother board. Make small adjustments up or down on the sensor (R23) until a label form feed can be performed without error.
