Fixed/Constant Text Fields on a Label that Increment/Decrement

A customer is printing with a Prodigy Plus printer that has a fixed/constant text field that increments/decrements when printing the label. The customers’ application required him to number his boxes 1 of 5, 2 of 5,.... When the customer prints his labels the labels come out 1 of 5, 2 of 6, 3 of 5, 4 of 6, and 5 of 5.

Bug in the Prodigy Plus printer firmware in versions after 3.04 and before 3.21

Upgrade the printer’s firmware to version 3.21 or higher
