Windows - Changing information on the Print Format Screen

Customer would like to disable the ability to make changes on the Print Format menu at print time.

The only way to disable this feature is to use the User Signon system within Easylabel. The customer must set up Users and configure each user by selecting No to 'Update Formats'. Once this is set to No, the user will not have the ability to change information from the Print Format screen.
