Command File - "Unbalanced Quote" Error

"Unbalanced Quote" error when using an inch or foot mark ( " ) or ( ' ) in a command file.

Programming limitation.

When using an inch mark ( " ) use the ( ' ) to begin and end the command file expression. When using a foot mark ( ' ) use the ( " ) to begin and end the command file expression.

ie: field1 = " amount = 1 " " INCORRECT!

field1 = " amount = 1 ' " Correct

field1 = ' amount = 1 " ' Correct
