Format Request List is Full

Error message is "Format Request List is Full." Happens only when a Zebra model printer is configured for a port that is either not valid or not recognized by the computer system. For Fargo or Sato model printers the message is displayed in the print queue as COM N unavailable, where N is the port number

According to MSD the PC has only one serial port, and a mouse is connected to it. In actuality there is another physical serial port, which the systems is not seeing.

Install an operable serial port for the Zebra printer.
