486 DX33 IDE/ID Board(printer busy)

Easylabel for Windows Version 1.1 print queue shows "printer busy." Placing printer in dump mode --Mode COM / copy con -- shows one file copied. Nothing prints. Dealer Installs software on his PC, everything works. Exchange serial Ports between his and his customer's PC, his serial port still works -- customer's serial port still does not.
