(SSNR) IBM PS/2(sentinel not responding)

"Sentinel Not Found" error message appears when starting a print job on these PC's but sentinel works OK when placed on other PC's.

Type 3 Parallel Port also called DMA (Direct Memory Access) port.

Check System setup: If there is an option for the parallel port, Then:
1) if the condition is Shared 7, set to Disabled
2) if the condition is Bi-directional, set to Output.
