Zebra Duplicating Labels

Occasionally after an error condition occurs on the Zebra printer, the Zebra will print duplicate sequential numbers

The Zebra printer has a feature that if it runs out of paper or ribbon, the first label printed after reloading will have the same serial number as the last label before the "out" occurred. Check the ZPL Programming Guide for firmware version 8.xx. Section 6-5.
