Error that says "Can not locate shlwapi.dll" after installing EL 32 and trying to run it.

The file shlwapi.dll is a file that is installed by Internet Explorer and needs to be present in the \windows\system directory for EL 32 to run. EL does not install this file, but does look to make sure that it is there.

Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher is required under Windows 95 and NT 4. According to Microsoft, Windows 98 and 2000 do not require IE to be installed because it is part of the actual operating system. If the user has IE 4 or higher installed and is still getting the error message, it is possible that the file has been deleted or moved. They should search their PC for the file and if found, move it to the \Windows\system directory. If it is not found, they should re-install IE 4 or higher.  This problem can be avoided by upgrading to newer version of EASYLABEL.
