Using an XiII series printer, you have a label that is smaller than the maximum width allowed, the front panel of the printer is set to print at maximum width and you use the flip format option in EL, some fields don't print on the label.

According to Zebra the Xi and XiII series printers should be the same when it comes to flipping formats. However we have found that on the XiII series printers, if you have the front panel of the printer set to the maximum printable width, but your format isn't that wide, flipping the format could cause some fields to not appear on the label. They are still there, but they are printing to the far right where you don't have a label. The Xi series works correctly by holding the position of all fields when the format is flipped.

Set the maximum printable width on the front panel of the Zebra XiII series to match the width of your label.
