After installing EL 32 and rebooting the PC, error messages appear such as AX Print not found. EL Batch not found.

For some reason after installing EL 32 and rebooting the PC, the ActiveX is not registering in the PC's registry. No matter how many times the user reboots, the registry will not update. This is because if it fails the first time, it does not recognize that the files need registered.

Reinstall EL 32 or go to a DOS prompt. Get to the directory where EL 32 is installed and type: easy /regserver After pressing the ENTER key, the DOS prompt should return with no message indicating that the command was successful. If there is some type of error message, check the spelling and layout of the command and re-enter it. Afterwards, reboot the system. The ActiveX should now be registered.
