After clicking on Help|EASYLABEL Help the help window comes up but only displays the Tharo Systems information (reseller page).

These two versions of EL 32 use Microsoft's HTML Help. This help system launches an Internet Explorer-like window to display the help contents. There is a button on the menu bar of this window that says either SHOW or HIDE. This button toggles the display of the Table of Contents which normally displays in the left panel of the help system. It is quite possibly that this button was clicked on and that is why the TOC does not appear and only the main screen is shown.

Open the help system. If the button to the left on the menu bar says HIDE, click it to display SHOW. This will display the Table of Contents and allow you to navigate through the help system.
