Menu options and buttons are grey only when the Sentinel Drivers are installed.

The customer may not have the correct sentinel. If the customer is going from 16-bit Express to 32-bit Full the New option along with Program Options and Printer Configuration are grey.

They must upgrade to EL 32 Express or Basic or purchase a Full Sentinel.
