Sentinel Pro 4673BH-A 9031C09217 Not Responding to Sentinel Driver 5.38.2

Upgrading old sentinel to newer resolved problem. Rainbow Technologies diagnosed sentinel as 9-years old and not within timing parameters for newer PC's and Driver 5.38.2 even though it may be within spec for older PC's.
