Fields are being placed on one line in the format when preference is a new line for each field.

Fields are delimited using a space between the field names in the Field Parameter: Data Field Name. eg. FLDONE FLDTWO FLDTHREE.

In the Data Field Name option, enter the field names and separate using the ASCII carriage return and concatenate the statement with a pipe symbol("|"). eg. FLDONE|chr(13)|FLDTWO|chr(13)|FLDTHREE
