License Manager software, LM Server crashing during installation.

When trying to the install the LM Server or License Manager software, the installation crashes.

The Dr. Watson log indicates that the problem is within the Install Shield files. If there is a virus program running, disable it. We have seen this issue when a virus scan program such as McAfee is running. After disabling it, the installation is successful.
