Database Records that are present in a database, are not shown in the drop down at print time. Message is "matching database record does not exist".

When you view the database record from the database editor, the data is there. However, at print time values that should be presented in the second or third search field are not there.

Using an adjoining database index seems to cause this problem. Delete the adjoining index and create two separate indexes. This problem will be investigated and possibly addressed in versions HIGHER than EL 32 3.4.x.x.
