Using Open Type Fonts with the file extension .otf ( *.otf ) in EASYLABEL

Open Type fonts that are intstalled on the PC cannot be seen in EASYLABEL. This can be caused by the version of EASYLABEL used or the printer involved.

Open Type Fonts are not supported in EASYLABEL 4 or earlier versions of EASYLABEL! To be able to use *.otf with the 'download fonts' set to NO you must use EASYLABEL 5.4.0.640. To be able to use *.otf with the 'download fonts' set to YES you must use EASYLABEL 5.5.3.1072.

NOTE! You will NOT be able to select a *.otf with 'Download fonts' set to YES for Apollo, A-Series, Datamax 2+ and TSC. because these drivers download the entire font file to the printer memory and they only accept fonts with the .ttf extension.
