-3 error condition as last job number using the ELabelBatch Object

When the CreateJob method is called, a -3 error is shown as the last job number This was described as'No valid format name found, this is an internal error' and should not happen. This happens when no path for FormatName is given and the format is not in the default directory. It can also mean that the format does not exist.

The documentation has been changed to reflect this in all versions higher than 3.4.3.156
