How to create an EASYLABEL DEBUG log |

From within EASYLABEL:
1. Settings | Program Options Set “User Signon Required” to YES 2. Settings | Users Click the “Add Users” button or select Edit | Add… from the menu bar Set “User Identifier” to $DEBUG Set “Password” to $DEBUG 3. Restart EASYLABEL 4. Sign-on as User ID $DEBUG and Password $DEBUG 5. Send a format to the printer to generate the .log file 6. A file called $lbl.log will be generated and saved in the default EASYLABEL directory. Send $lbl.log along with the format used to generate it to EASYLABEL technical support. The $DEBUG log can be opened in Notepad or any other word processing application. |
