Customer sends a command file that was created in a Unix system and it is printed twice.

The Unix system is displaying a different time stamp, once when it writes the file, and once when it closes it causing Easylabel to pick up the change and duplicate the command file.

The command file needs to be created as a temporary file, then renamed to the file name that Easylabel is monitoring.
