Images print reversed under Windows 2000 using Adobe PageMaker and the latest Apollo Windows NT drivers

Some Images print reversed under Windows 2000. These Images may have printed fine under Windows 98 with the 95/98 Driver. This is a color palette issue with the NT Driver, white and black are being switched in 1 bit per pixel bitmaps. It has something to do with the way the image is added to the format.

Insert the graphic by using the Edit--> Insert Object command from the main menu the image will print fine. Do NOT use the File-->Place command.
