Debug Mode should only be used as a last resort after all other troubleshooting techniques have been exhausted. This debug log should be via email or faxed to us so that the programmers can track the errors.
DEBUG MODE IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN VERSION 3.2.1.78 OR HIGHER
To launch EASYLABEL 4 Multi-User in Debug Mode:
From a DOS prompt, change to the EL 4 Multi-User directory. The default is \Program Files\Tharo\EASYLABEL Multi-User
Type: easyn /t
The /t switch places the software into a Debug Mode. Any errors that occur will be logged in a .log file which will be saved in the EASYLABEL Multi-User directory.
NOTE: The Debug Mode is run on a "per session" basis. This means that if you launch the software using /t, once you exit and launch it without the /t, it is no longer in Debug Mode.
