May 2008 - PA1200t LABEL PRINTER/APPLICATOR

Turn your Zebra or Datamax printer into a print and apply system! The new Tharo PA1200t Label Printer/Applicator is a cost-effective accessory for the popular Zebra Z4Mplus and Datamax I-Class of thermal/thermal transfer bar code label printers. The Tharo PA1200t Label Printer/Applicator is easy to use, with minimal adjustments necessary, quick setup and changeover for applying labels to the top or side of varying height products.

October 2007 - THARO H-SERIES LABEL PRINTERS WORK WITH A KEYBOARD ONLY

Tharo Systems, Inc. manufacturer of the THARO H-Series printers, a new stand-alone label printing station that, once label formats are downloaded from a computer, can be remotely operated and perform many software functions using a Keyboard with no computer attached. These new thermal/thermal transfer label printers set new standards in flexibility of use, security, and standard, out-of-the-box features.

Download label formats, graphics and databases to the printer�s Flash Memory (or a CompactFlash Card), disconnect the printer from the PC, plug in a standard PC keyboard, and take the printer to another location. Using the keyboard, you can input data, specify the number of labels to print, and merge database information into your format...all without a computer attached. The H-Series printers provide greater security as well, because a format downloaded to the Flash Memory cannot be altered without re-attaching the printer to a PC.

August 2007 - PA1200DT DUAL TAMP LABEL PRINTER/APPLICATOR

Tharo Systems, Inc. presents the new PA1200DT Dual Tamp Label Printer/Applicator. This new multi-function Printer/Applicator can print and apply labels to 2 adjacent carton/product surfaces - front and side, front and top, corner wrap or a simple front apply.

The PA1200DT was designed, engineered and built by Tharo Systems and is currently available using the Tharo H-Series thermal/thermal transfer printers with print resolutions of 203 or 300 dpi.

After a label is printed, it is stripped from the liner and held by suction on the tamp applicator pad. The tamp pad is mounted on a heavy-duty swing arm that extends over a conveyor and tamps the label to the front surface of the carton. When the tamp pad returns to its starting position, it collects another printed label and applies it to the side or top of the carton. The PA1200DT can also be set up to apply labels to a single surface or as a corner wrap.

With a print width of up to 4" wide and a print length of up to 13" long, labels can be as small as 2" x 1" and up to 4.5" x 13".

January 2006/07 - PA1200fa FRONT APPLY LABEL PRINTER/APPLICATOR

Tharo Systems, Inc. introduces the new PA1200fa Front Apply Label Printer/Applicator. This new Printer/Applicator can print and apply labels to the leading side of a product moving down a conveyor. The PA1200fa was designed, engineered and built by Tharo Systems and is currently available using the Tharo H-Series thermal/thermal transfer printers with print resolutions of 203 or 300 dpi.

After a label is printed, it is stripped from the liner and held by suction on the applicator tamp pad. The tamp pad is mounted on a heavy-duty swing arm that extends over a conveyor and tamps the label to the product. Labels can be as small as 2” x 1” and up to 4.4” x 8”.

November 2006 - Tharo Systems, Inc. is pleased to introduce the Tharo PA1200cw Corner Wrap Label Printer/Applicator.

This new multi-function Printer/Applicator can print and apply a label to 2 adjacent product surfaces - front and side or front and top.

The PA1200cw was designed, engineered and built by Tharo Systems and is currently available using the Tharo H-Series printers with print resolutions of 203 or 300 dpi.

After a label is printed, it is stripped from the liner and held by suction on the tamp applicator pad. The tamp pad is mounted on a swing arm that tamps the label to the front surface of the carton then a roller completes the procedure by wrapping the label around the corner of the carton.

The PA1200cw has a print width of up to 4� wide and a print length of up to 13� long. It features all metal construction and is made to last with time-tested components.

August 2006 - RFID Troubleshooter now available

Tharo Systems, Inc. has created an RFID Troubleshooter to guide their EASYLABEL� software users through the process of printing and encoding RFID smart labels, as well as, resolve common RFID encoding problems. July 2006 - EASYLABEL� 5 SOFTWARE NOW SUPPORTS INTERMEC RFID PRINTERS

Tharo Systems, Inc. has just released an updated version of their EASYLABEL� 5 software for bar code and RFID label design and printing. EASYLABEL 5 now supports a full range of Intermec thermal transfer printers, including the Intermec PM41 300 dpi, and PM41 203 dpi RFID printers. Other printer families whose RFID printers EASYLABEL already supports are: Avery Dennison, Datamax, Printronix, Sato and Zebra.

Additional printer drivers included in this release are the Sato Lt408 R (right hand version) and Lt408 L (left hand version) print engines.

February 2006 - Tharo Systems, Inc. introduces the newest version of their EASYLABEL� software that includes XML (Extensible Markup Language) support for Oracle and SAP enterprise management systems.

Designed to meet the RFID requirements of major retailer and government agency suppliers, the Zebra� R4Mplus� is an EPC-compatible (Electronic Product Code) RFID smart label printer/encoder with UHF transponder support. The R4Mplus� not only encodes and verifies smart labels but also prints text, graphics and bar codes.

The PA1000t Tamp applicator ships with a large capacity unwind/rewind that reduces the number of times you need to change label stock.
